Her experience spans both private and public sectors and diverse industries (including but not limited to) banking and finance, general insurance, health insurance, salary packaging and personal injury insurance.
She understands leadership and knows how that imposter syndrome feels when you're new to a leadership role. She believes female leaders need to be armed with practical leadership skills and experience to set them up for success.
