These 3 x 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions (scheduled monthly) are all about you, tailored to your individual needs.  One-on-one coaching is one of the most effective ways to take your leadership to a more sustainable and deeper level.  It has the capacity to strengthen your leadership skills, refine your approach and help you grow and develop as you navigate your leadership journey.   ​

• Understand what skills and capabilities you want to improve
